PAGO PAGO, American Samoa -- Residents of the Manu’a Islands who suffered uninsured or underinsured damages to their primary residence as a result of Hurricane Olaf have until May 3 to register for disaster assistance. Registration can be made at the Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) which will be open as follows:

Social Services Center, Village of Fitiuta on Ta’u Island:
Wednesday, April 20
Wednesday, April 27
Monday, May 2

Ofu Airport VIP Room, Village of Ofu on Ofu Island:
Thursday, April 21
Thursday, April 28
Tuesday, May 3

The DRC hours are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The FEMA Helpline (699-3362) will remain open through May 4 on Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. to assist disaster applicants with status updates, questions and concerns.
