Management Directive (MD) 715

< BACK

Management Directive 715 reflects recent and significant changes in the law, including recent Supreme Court decisions, and supersedes earlier EEOC management directives and related interpretative memoranda on this subject and provides new guidance on the elements of legally compliant Title VII (of the Civil Rights Act) and Rehabilitation Act Programs. This directive requires each bureau to report annually on the status of activities undertaken pursuant to its equal employment opportunity program under Title VII and the Rehabilitation Act. Each bureau’s report must include plans identifying steps it will take in the future to correct deficiencies or barriers identified in the preparation of their MD-715 report.
