DLA Director's Four Focus Areas
Navy Vice Adm. Alan S. Thompson identified these four focus areas for Agency employees.

Warfighter Support Enhancements: DLA's top priority is always warfighter support. This means supporting the readiness and sustainment of those who are in harm's way or are preparing to deploy.

Stewardship Improvements: Maintaining the financial, physical and information assurance integrity of these assets and associated processes and records is a vital responsibility that must be further improved.

Business Process Refinements: It is vital that DLA continues to refine its processes to capitalize on these system investments and our workforce's capabilities.
