Hurricane Dolly Evacuations

The ICE San Antonio Office of Detention and Removal Operations (DRO) has temporarily evacuated all detainees from the Port Isabel Service Processing Center in Los Fresnos, Texas, and some detainees from the Willacy Detention Center near Raymondville, Texas. The evacuation is a precautionary measure due to the proximity of Hurricane Dolly. Medical personnel were on hand to assist with the relocation of any detainee requiring specialized care. Detainees will have access to free telephone calls to contact their family upon relocation.

The numbers listed below have been set up to provide information about detainees who have been evacuated to family members, attorneys, and the general public.
