            Brig. Gen. Dave C. Howe, director, logistics, installations and mission support, Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, to director, installations and mission support, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Va.

 

            Brig. Gen. Mark A. Atkinson, commander, 402nd Maintenance Wing, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., to director, logistics, installations and mission support, Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
