NMFS Northeast Region N E W SGloucester, Mass. -- U. S. District Judge Gladys Kessler today ordered a new remedy in the ongoing lawsuit concerning New England groundfish. The order essentially accepts the settlement agreement submitted to the court April 16 by many parties to the lawsuit. |
