PDF problems?
The Problem
Microsoft changed how browser plug-ins worked between Internet Explorer 5 and 5.5, so this "broke" the Acrobat Reader plug-in on all Windows machines if they upgraded Explorer. Similarly, Netscape reluctantly changed how it used "helper" applications between 4.7 and 6.0. If you think about this, and the fact that Acrobat Reader 3, 4, 5 and 6 all have different plug-ins that work different ways, there is almost an infinite number of ways for PDFs to cause problems.
The Solution
Windows Users: Right-click on the link and download the file to your machine
Mac USers: Option-click on the link.
