Consumer Complaints

Part of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau’s mission is to ensure alcohol beverage products in the marketplace are safe for consumer consumption.  If you, for any reason, suspect an alcohol beverage product, you have purchased or drank, is contaminated or adulterated, please contact the Market Compliance Office through our Customer Service Line at (202) 927-8140 or toll free at (866) 927-2533, to report the incident.  You can also e-mail us at alfd@ttb.treas.gov.  Together, working with our Trade Investigation Division and Scientific Services Laboratory, we will assist in determining the cause and severity of the problem.
