Production Measurement and
Verification Program Submittals
This Notice to Lessees and Operators provides a
summary of the reporting requirements for submittals made to satisfy the
regulations at 30 CFR 250, Subpart L, Oil and Gas Production
Measurement, Surface Commingling, and Security (30 CFR 250.1202 – 1204).

Please note that run tickets and proving reports
must contain all of the data specified in 30 CFR 250.1202-1204. Do not
submit multiple copies of run tickets or proving reports. Run tickets
or proving reports should come from a single source. Include the name,
phone number, fax number, and e-mail address for your contact person,
should we have questions about the submittals.

The collection of information referred to in this notice provides
clarification, description, or interpretation of requirements in 30 CFR
250.1200-1205, Subpart L. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
approved the information collection requirement in these regulations and
assigned OMB control number 1010-0051. This notice does not impose
additional information collection requirements subject of the Paperwork
Reduction act of 1995.
