This DVD gives a visual overview of the core services of the FRCs, including:
- transfer
- reference and disposal
- electronic records storage and servicing
- and custom services
It also explains how FRC staff ensures that Federal records are securely stored and readily accessible to agency customers.
Copies of the DVD are available free of charge to all Federal agency staff with records management responsibilities, and are ideal for your agency's training and other records management events.
