Guidance Documents on Reformulated Gasoline

After publication of the final rule Standards for Reformulated and Conventional Gasoline in February 16, 1994, EPA received numerous questions concerning the manner in which EPA would implement the RFG and antidumping regulations. EPA prepared "Questions and Answers" documents as the questions were received.  These documents are available below organized by date of release.  However, each document may cover numerous topics, and different facets of a topic may be discussed in more than one document.  To make it easier to find questions and answers on a specific topic, EPA prepared a consolidated document organized by topic.  This document is available below in its entirety, and in six sections plus an index for shorter downloads.

These documents do not establish or change legal rights or obligations.  Since their release, however, some of the responses have been incorporated into the regulations.
