Each year, Dartmouth awards its Martin Luther King Jr. Social Justice Awards to members of the Dartmouth community who have demonstrated "compassion, perseverance, courage, and leadership in fostering human dignity and calling attention to our common humanity." This afternoon four individuals and a student group will be honored. Two of the honorees, Milton '04 and Fred '05 Ochieng', will also featured as ABC's 'Persons of the Week' in tonight's 6:30 p.m. (EST) broadcast.
