Daniel T. McKee, Central Region Acting Director
McKee was named Acting Regional Director of the OTS Central Region in April 2009 after serving there as Regional Deputy Director.
McKee began his career in 1976 as a National Bank Examiner for the Comptroller of the Currency, then joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines in 1986.
After the establishment of the OTS in 1989, McKee worked in the Midwest Region as Regional Deputy Director - Support, then in the Cincinnati office as Regional Deputy Director – Operations. He became Regional Deputy Director in the Chicago office in 1994 and served as Acting Regional Director of the Central Region from December 2001 to March 2002. He also served as Acting Regional Director in the OTS Midwest Region in 2008.
McKee is a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines and the Graduate School of Commercial Lending in Norman, Oklahoma. He is also a graduate of the Department of the Treasury's Executive Leadership Program and a recipient of its Secretary's Certificate.
