Fisheries Strategic Plan and redesign how the Agency services

saltwater sportfishing community.

Our overall goal is to improve communication and coordination
within the California saltwater sportfishing community so that
we can prioritize and plan our actions more efficiently. To do
this, we invite all members of the sportfishing community to
work alongside experts from state and federal government to take
action that benefits sportfishing in California’s coastal
waters.
