The World Trade Center Attacks: A Child's Point Of View
These drawings were done by the Harriet Tubman Learning Center, P.S.
154, in New York City. FEMA and psychology experts encourage children
to draw pictures as a way to help them deal with trauma. These pictures
reflect the attacks on the World Trade Center from the children's point
of view. Teachers who participated in this project include Dawn Brooks-DeCosta,
Alfreda Gatling and Alma Ryan. If you wish to write to the school, its
address is: 250 W. 127th Street; New York City, NY, 10027.
