District News: April 9, 2009 - On April 8, 2009, Christopher Taylor was arrested in Baton Rouge by investigators from the Middle Louisiana Fugitive Task Force. Taylor was wanted by the Baton Rouge City Police for 2nd Degree Murder and Illegal Use of a Dangerous Weapon in connection with the shooting death of Labaron Napoleon on June 27, 2008. Napoleon was found shot to death and dumped in Baton Rouge. The murder is believed to be drug-related.    Read More
