The OTS Northeast Region will hold Financial Managers meetings as follows: May 28, 2009 in Groton, CT at Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa June 2, 2009 in Newark, NJ at Newark Sheraton Airport
June 11, 2009 in Philadelphia, PA at Marriott Philadelphia Downtown
OTS designed this seminar to benefit CEOs, CFOs, Investment Managers, Controllers, and others responsible for accounting and financial reporting, coordination of auditing services or interest rate risk analysis at OTS supervised thrifts in the Northeast Region, as well as independent audit firm personnel for those thrifts. Topics will include accounting and regulatory matters, investment and interest rate risk material, including discussion of the Enhanced NPV Model. The registration fee for the Financial Management Seminar is $100.00 per person. Attendees planning on an overnight stay will be responsible for making their own hotel reservations. For those who have continuing professional education requirements, the seminar counts as 350 minutes of CPE. Breakfast and Registration will be from 8:00am to 8:30 am, with the session beginning at 8:30 am. The sessions will conclude by 4:00pm. Casual Business attire is appropriate. Space will be limited, so attendance will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
