    Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands
    IERHB has conducted vulnerability assessments of public health and hospital emergency plans in the three main islands (Saipan, Tinian, and Rota). In addition, IERHB has also organized bioterrorism trainings for public health officials to assist in the development of emergency public health and hospital plans.

    Cook Islands
    IERHB conducted a vulnerability assessment of public health and hospital emergency plans.

    Federated States of Micronesia
    IERHB has conducted a vulnerability assessment of public health and hospital emergency plans. IERHB also provided emergency technical assistance after Tropical Storm Chata'an. In addition, IERHB has also organized bioterrorism trainings for public health officials to assist in the development of emergency public health and hospital plans.

    Guam
    IERHB staff has conducted a vulnerability assessment of public health and hospital emergency plans. IERHB has also organized bioterrorism trainings for public health officials to assist in the development of emergency public health and hospital plans.

    Republic of the Marshall Islands
    IERHB has conducted a vulnerability assessment of public health and hospital emergency plans. In addition, IERHB has also organized bioterrorism trainings for public health officials to assist in the development of emergency public health and hospital plans.

    Republic of Palau
    IERHB has conducted a vulnerability assessment of public health and hospital emergency plans, helped train locals in both emergency public health planning and emergency medical care, assisted in the establishment of both a sister affiliation and the Pacific Center for Emergency Health. In October 2002, IERHB staff held the 1st Pacific Regional Bioterrorism Preparedness Workshop to assist regional public health officials develop emergency public health and hospital plans.

    Western Samoa
    IERHB conducted a vulnerability assessment of public health and hospital emergency plans.
