What is Corporate Fraud?
For IRS, corporate fraud encompasses violations of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and related statutes committed by large, publicly traded (or private) corporations, and/or by their senior executives.

Why Is IRS Involved in Corporate Fraud?
