As a science-based resource-management agency, NOAA Fisheries Service prepares and uses an assortment of publications in carrying out agency duties. These range from various reference documents, to environmental impact statements and assessments under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), to biological opinions resulting from Endangered Species Act (ESA) and Magnuson-Stevens Act (MSA) consultations, to Federal Register notices (FRNs). This section provides access to many of those documents for reference.
