Treasury Issued Check Payments

For all questions regarding the issuance of a U.S. government-issued check (e.g. federal tax refund check, Social Security benefit check, etc.) please contact the Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Services (FMS) office.  As FMS provides centralized payment, collection, and reporting services for the U.S. Government, FMS is the primary disburser of payments to individuals on behalf of various federal agencies.
