Event Information: This workshop discusses the formation of a business entity; a proprietorship or a partnership; a limited partnership; a corporation; a limited liability company (LLC); and the state and federal income tax implications of each. Other topics of discussion are the business licenses required and a full analysis of the Arizona Transaction Privilege (i.e. Sales) Tax. All the necessary tax and licensing information and the legal implications concerned in the initiation and conduct of one’s business. General Price: Pay in advance $45; pay at door $50.
