EA ALERT:
Effective: 2/5/2009
#1 Special notices that were mailed to all EA’s in November 2008 regarding our new payment and application website for renewals: Pay.gov also included an Erroneous Coupon voucher that should be ignored and discarded.
#2 Please do not renew unless your SSN ends in 7,8,9 and NIL, we are only accepting renewal applications for these EA’s, through March 31, 2009.
#3 If your SSN ends in a digit other then 7,8,9 or NIL (None), please refer to your Enrollment Card for the expiration date to determine your required renewal cycle.
