How is the Internet used to help Coral Reef Research?

NOAA’s coral-list listserver provides up-to-the-minute updates on coral reef related events, such as coral bleaching and spawning events. Also, it provides an excellent means for scientific communication, discourse, and debate from the top-notch coral researchers of the world. As well as the listserver, many journals now publish complete editions online in downloadable formats! Thus, all the reference material a coral researcher needs is quickly becoming available via the internet.
