Hubbard Place

Hubbard Place. Mayor Adrian M. Fenty and Councilmember Jim Graham (Ward 1) joined city officials, developers and community members for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the recently completed renovation of the Hubbard Place Apartments. Hubbard Place is a mixed-use facility, operated by the Latin American Youth Center (LAYC), that includes 230 units of affordable housing, two businesses and a job readiness program for out-of-school youth ages 16 to 24.
