Series 2004 $20 Note Subscription Program

(First day of sale – November 16, 2007 - 8:00 a.m. EST.) – Price $479.95

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing proudly presents the Color of Money: Series 2004 $20 Note Collection Subscription Program. The issuance of the Series 2004 $20 note on October 9, 2003 was the first introduction of subtle background colors to U.S. currency since the 1905 $20 Gold Certificate.

Limited to 2,500 sets worldwide – this subscription collection features one $20 note from each of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks with the LOWEST SERIAL NUMBERS available. Each of the colorful Series 2004 $20 notes offered in this collection was one of the first 4,000 redesigned new color of money notes issued from each Federal Reserve Bank. Each note is protected by a clear, acid-free polymer sleeve in an attractive folder representative of the corresponding Federal Reserve District.

Guarantee receipt of all 12 notes in the Color of Money: Series 2004 $20 Note Collection by subscribing during our pre-release period, November 16, 2007 – January 9, 2008.

The BEP will release all 12 Federal Reserve banknotes in three installments, beginning with Boston, New York, Philadelphia and Atlanta on January 10, 2008. The second installment will feature the Federal Reserve Banks of San Francisco, Minneapolis, Kansas City, and Dallas on March 7, 2008. The final installment will be released on July 30, 2008 and include the Richmond, Cleveland, Chicago and St. Louis districts.

Own a part of our currency’s history by purchasing the entire collection at a subscription price of $479.95, a savings of $60 off the cost of all 12 notes if purchased individually.

Notes will be available for purchase individually, by Bank, at a price of $45.00 per note upon the first day of sale for each installment, while supplies last.

There will be a limit of 10 sets per household for the entire collection during the subscription period of November 16, 2007 – January 9, 2008.
