Vincent Makori and Ndimyake Mwakalyelye, co-hosts, reporters, and producers of In Focus, are experienced international broadcasters, working in both TV and radio at VOA.

Vincent Makori holds a post- graduate diploma in mass communication from the School of Journalism of the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Degree from Moi University, Kenya.

Ndimyake Mwakalyelye was born in Tanzania, and grew up in Zimbabwe. She is a graduate of Howard University and American University.
