WHAT'S NEW:

  1. (4-22-2009) The Forms and Instructions are available for the benchmark survey SHL(2009): Foreign-Residents' Holdings of U.S. Securities, including Selected Money Market Instruments, as of June 30, 2009. It is effective for the report as of June 30, 2009. All U.S. Entities that can report significant holdings are required to report -- see the Federal Register Notice dated 4/22/2009, and the section "Who Must Report" in the instructions.


  2. (4-3-2009) OMB has approved the final drafts of the S-form and instructions. The final versions are available. These will be effective beginning with reports as-of March 2009. See "NOTICE" at the top of the S-form webpage.
