Commercial delivery services
You may use any commercial delivery service to send your submission to us. However, one requirement for your filing to be considered filed when sent is that you must use a commercial delivery service that is a "designated private delivery service" under Internal Revenue Code § 7502(f). Effective January 1, 2005, the list of designated delivery services for purposes of § 4000.26(b)(2) of PBGC’s regulation on Filing, Issuance, Computation of Time, and Record Retention (29 CFR Part 4000) is as follows:
