The Reports of the Surgeon General published after 2000 are
available on the National Library of Medicine's HSTAT (Health
Services Technology Assessment Texts) system. HSTAT is a web-based
resource that provides access to full-text documents for a
wide variety of publications, including clinical practice
guidelines, quick-reference guides for clinicians, consumer health
brochures, and evidence reports and technology assessments.
