Suroeste BAJO AGUA (Southwest UNDER WATER)

Four and a half minute documentary video with still photographs and footage that shows the damages caused by the floods that affected the southwest part of the Island. Interview with four persons relating their accounts of what happened during the floods, how they were affected and the losses they suffered. Interview with the DRC Manager from Cabo Rojo, Florence Vega, she urges everybody that were affected by the floods to register with FEMA.
