New Orleans, LA, July 9, 2008 -- St. Paul's Episcopal School, located in the Lakeview area, was inundated with nearly 12 feet of flood waters following Hurricane Katrina. However, FEMA funding helped make school bells ring in time for students to attend the Fall, 2006 semester.
