Flood threat waning, Red River neighborhoods wait for dikes to come down

Moorhead, MN, April 23, 2009 -- In Moorhead; riverfront houses cut off from their neighbors bridge the isolation in various ways; these clay dikes erected throughout the city to protect the majority of residents sacrificed some houses in the process.
