Weslaco, Texas, July 27, 2008 -- Don Jacks,a FEMA Public Affairs officer is interviewed by a local Television station during an informal Media briefing at the temporary operations center in Weslaco, Tx. FEMA personnel lead a tour of the facility for local media.
