Texas Flood Forum to be Held December 7, 2000

LUBBOCK, Texas -- FEMA, the National Flood Insurance Program and the City of Lubbock are hosting the Texas Flood Forum on December 7, 2000 at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. The Texas Flood Forum will focus on the latest flood insurance issues and is designed for insurance agents, insurance company staff, lending institutions, realtors, appraisers, surveyors, local officials, and all other interested citizens. The format will focus on the latest flood insurance issues and will allow participants to examine area of concern in their community as well as explore some of the successful mitigation efforts underway.
