AUSTIN, Texas -- A FEMA/State Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) is scheduled to open at the Dayton City Hall in Liberty County on Wednesday, Oct. 22, to provide face-to-face assistance to those who suffered damage from Hurricane Ike.
