SANTA FE, N.M. -- The following is a summary of ongoing efforts of the Cerro Grande Fire Assistance Program administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This information will be updated as needed from our office in Santa Fe.
Cerro Grande Fire Claims Administrative Office officials will appear at Chapel Plaza, 1 Camino de las Españolas, on Wednesday, September 27, at 7 p.m. to speak with Española residents on the policies and scope of the assistance program.
As of September 20 --
- Cerro Grande Fire Claims Administration's Customer Service Centers have assisted 1,835 visitors.
- A total of $190,783 has been paid to citizens, businesses, and governmental entities.
- 1,377 Notice of Loss forms have been filed.
