Baker, LA, May 24, 2006 - Local emergency agencies meet to discuss their responsibilities in various scenerios to be played out during Louisiana's Emergency Operations Center Functional Exercise/Communications Full-Scale Exercise being funded by FEMA. The intent of this exercise being performed by state, local and federal agencies is to reveal planning strengths and weaknesses, as well as to validate recently revised procedures.
