Among adults who used nonvitamin, nonmineral natural products in the last year - percentages for the top 10 natural products used in last 30 days among adults in 2007 and and percentages for the top 10 natural products used in the last 12 months for 2002. In 2007, the most popular natural products were fish oils/omega 3, glucosamine, echinacea, and flaxseed. In 2002, the most popular natural products were echinacea, ginseng, ginkgo, and garlic supplements. *Percentages for specific natural products for 2002 and 2007 cannot be directly compared because the 2002 survey asked about use in the last 12 months whereas the 2007 survey asked about use in the last 30 days.
