Weslaco, Texas, July 29, 2008 -- FEMA FCO Sandy Coachman, Texas State Coordinating Officer (SCO) Frank Cantu and Cindy Wirz, a FEMA Congressional liaison, hold a teleconference with members of the Texas congressional delegation to advise them on the on going recovery process in the areas of South Texas that sustained damage during the Hurricane Dolly event.
