Atlanta, GA, April 26, 2009 -- At the soon-to-be-opened FEMA/State Joint Field Office (JFO), equipment and supplies are being assembled for FEMA and State disaster workers. A Federal Disaster Declaration was signed April 23 for 27 Georgia Counties as result of severe storms, flooding, tornadoes and straight line winds beginning March 26.
