FEMA Debris Specialist at Duval debris staging site
Jacksonville, FL, September 18, 2008 -- FEMA Debris Specialist Ray White(left) oversees the actions of Site Monitor Carol Carroll and Tower Monitor Cody Southard. This is one of nine staging sites in Duval County where Tropical Storm Fay debris is being delivered by contractors, shredded and transported to a land fill.
