Estero, FL, September 13, 2008 -- At the Red Cross Shelter FEMA Individual Assistance(IA) Specialists Evelyn Negron and Ricardo Montes stand with the Mexican Consulate Representative Brent L. Probinsky in a flag ceremony with Mexican and American flags.
