Mr. Wall currently serves as the Deputy Director for the Office of National Capital Region Coordination, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security.  The Office oversees and coordinates Federal programs for and relationships with State, local and regional authorities in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Prior to coming to the Department of Homeland Security, Mr. Wall served as the Director of Critical Infrastructure Recovery for the Response and Recovery Directorate of the White House Office of Homeland Security (OHS) now the White House Homeland Security Council.  The OHS Response and Recovery Directorate was responsible for the development and coordination of national policy for emergency preparedness and response.  While with OHS, Mr. Wall contributed to the President's First Responder Initiative and the first ever National Strategy for Homeland Security

Mr. Wall's federal career has been in service to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) from 1989 through 2004.   During this time he has worked in FEMA's national security programs as well as in the Agency's regional liaison office and policy office. 

Mr. Wall received a bachelor's degree in government from Lehigh University and completed graduate studies in public policy at Georgetown University.
