Public Assistance
(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for emergency work and the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged facilities):

The counties of Adams, Barnes, Benson, Billings, Bottineau, Bowman, Burleigh, Cass, Cavalier, Dickey, Dunn, Eddy, Emmons, Foster, Grand Forks, Grant, Griggs, Hettinger, Kidder, LaMoure, Logan, McHenry, McIntosh, McKenzie, McLean, Mercer, Morton, Mountrail, Nelson, Oliver, Pembina, Pierce, Ramsey, Ransom, Richland, Sargent, Sioux, Stark, Steele, Stutsman, Towner, Traill, Walsh, Ward, Wells, and Williams Counties and the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate of the Lake Traverse Reservation, the Standing Rock Indian Reservation, and the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation for emergency protective measures (Categories A-G), including direct Federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program.
