Boundary Marking Tool (BMT)

Project Member(s): Leif Neve, L. Rodney Long, Sameer Antani

A screenshot Boundary Marking Tool (BMT). The Boundary Marking Tool (BMT) allows users to draw boundaries on regions in medical images and to record diagnostic or descriptive information about the tissue contained within these regions. The BMT has been used in a number of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) studies to analyze regions of interest within cervicography images of the uterine cervix, and has also been used to analyze and measure lesion size on dermatology images.
