P.L. 108-84 - Continuing Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2004

On September 30, 2003, the President signed into law H.J. Res. 69 as P.L. 108-84. This legislation provides funding to keep the Federal Government running through midnight October 31. The stopgap spending bill, known as a continuing resolution (CR), is the first CR for Fiscal Year 2004.
