P.L. 108-2 - Continuing Resolution (CR) for FY 2003

On January 10, 2003, the President signed into law H.J. Res. 1, as P.L. 108-2, the sixth continuing resolution (CR) for FY 2003, the first in Calendar Year 2003, which will continue funding for the Federal Government at existing levels through January 31, 2003. This resolution, sponsored by Representative Bill Young (R-FL), Chairman, House Committee on Appropriations, passed the House on January 8, 2003, by a vote of 404 to 1 and by the Senate on January 9.
