Session I - P.L. 108-104 Continuing Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2004

On October 31, 2003, the President signed into law H.J. Res. 75 as P.L. 108-104, a joint resolution making continuing appropriations for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2004, through midnight November 7. This stopgap spending bill, known as a continuing resolution (CR), is the second for FY 2004. The first CR expired at midnight on October 31.
