What the cDNA xProfiler Can Do

The cDNA xProfiler is a tool that compares gene expression between two pools of libraries. For a gene to be "present" in a library pool, there must be at least one EST sequence found in the UniGene cluster for that gene.

Use the cDNA xProfiler

1. Select organism: Homo sapiens Mus musculus 2. Select library group: All EST Libraries CGAP Libraries MGC Libraries ORESTES Libraries 3. Select minimum number of sequences/library: 4. List libraries by: Tissue type Tissue preparation Histology Library protocol Library name 5. For Pool A, select library criteria or enter the name of a library. Repeat for Pool B.
